Refund policy

We want you to love your products as much as we do! 

*All purchases made in-store are valid for exchange or store credit only for 14 days. Online purchases are valid for exchange or store credit only for 30 days from receipt. We are not responsible for return shipping, or any damages that may occur during return shipping. 

*Workshop tickets are non refundable, however you are able to reschedule for a future date.

Please allow 3-5 days for return processing.

Any returns on orders that received Free Shipping will have Standard Shipping Fees deducted from their refund. 

To make a return, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package.
